Since gettext 0.24.1, *.m4 was installed into /usr/share/gettext/m4/, instead
of /usr/share/aclocal. Such a change lead to build failure of some old
downstream packages, such as libbonobo-2.0, GConf-2.0, when using autoreconf
to regenerate configure script and Makfiles.

May autoreconf script be tweaked, so that "-I/usr/share/gettext/m4/" be used
when involking autoconf?
