Follow-up Comment #4:
Additionally, looking at the test programs for both tests, what they're
testing for is a unified page cache. They will only succeed on systems where
changes to a file by write() are visible via a memory map that was created
before the write operation. Last I heard, OpenBSD does not implement this,
and so the test results are correct.
