Reported to bug-autoconf by Bob Friesenhahn:

Running the Autoconf test suite on an OpenIndiana system produced one test
failure.

Please note that /usr/gnu/bin is in the executable path prior to the normal
system paths so GNU utilities may be used rather than the Illumos ones.
