Follow-up Comment #3, sr #110298 (project autoconf):
Setting LC_ALL=C or LC_ALL=en_US.ISO-8859-1 in the environment of
tests/testsuite does not change anything. m4sugar scripts unconditionally set
LC_ALL=C on startup anyway.
