aclocal not found in FileUtils.pm

while running autoreconf I encounter the following error:<br>
`Can't exec "aclocal": No such file or directory at /usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 274.`<br>
`autoreconf: error: aclocal failed with exit status: 2`<br>
Sotware I was trying to configure: [Swapspace](https://github.com/Tookmund/Swapspace)
