On Cygwin 2.9.0, with GNU make 4.2.1, a couple of tests hang:

  221 (parallel test execution)
  225 (parallel syntax error)
  226 (parallel errexit)
  227 (parallel autotest and signal handling)

Other than that, no test failures.
