Fix AC_OPENMP for Fortran (F77 and FC).
* lib/autoconf/fortran.m4 (AC_LANG_FUNC_LINK_TRY(Fortran): New.
* tests/c.at (AC_C_RESTRICT and C++, AC_OPENMP and C)
(AC_OPENMP and C++): New tests.
* tests/fortran.at (AC_OPENMP and Fortran 77)
(AC_OPENMP and Fortran): New tests.
* THANKS: Update.

* Makefile.am (PERL_COVERAGE_DB, PERL_COVERAGE_FLAGS)
(PERL_COVER): New variables.
(check-coverage, check-coverage-run, check-coverage-report)
(clean-coverage): New phony targets.
(clean-local): Depend on clean-coverage.
