autoconf 2.73 tentatively scheduled for Friday March 20

All the stuff on my personal TODO list for the autoconf 2.73 release is
now finished.  I tentatively plan to make the final release this Friday
(20 Mar 2026).  The changes since the beta are low-risk enough that I think
we do not need to do a release candidate.

Please reply to this message if you know of a problem that should delay
the release.
