[PATCH] AC_PROG_CC etc: avoid warnings when removing conftest* on OS X

I forgot one of the fixes Mr. Nakada reported for the 2013-03-08 fix.
* lib/autoconf/general.m4 (AC_EGREP_CPP):
Use rm -rf, not just rm -f, when removing conftest*.
