HP-UX 11.0 PA-RISC: full_backup seems to sleep for ever

Hello !

I have compiled and installed afbackup-3.3.7pl6 on HP-UX 11.0
PA-RISC. I configured it to be a client and server for itself. When
I run full_backup it goes to the sleep state shortly and nothing
happens (no activity on streamer). When Ctrl-C is pressed there is
some activity on the streamer and some data is written to tape (but
only small part of the backup is saved).
I have tried to backup some files directly with "afclient -c" and it
works fine.
I have tryed to run tusc program to diagnose the problem, but it's
output doesn't say much for me.
The output of tusc invoked with servers PID as parameter shows:

I have checked configuration of afbackup (see below) several times,
and I can't find what is wrong with my installation.
There are no error messages in client log file and there is no
server log file.
Have I missed something ? Any suggestions welcome.
