cygwin-rsyncd-2.6.2_0 released

I just released cygwin-rsyncd version 2.6.2_0 on SourceForge
at http://backuppc.sourceforge.net.

cygwin-rsyncd is a pre-built rsync + cygwin for WinXX clients
for use with BackupPC.

The new version contains version upgrades for the underlying
programs: rsync 2.6.2, cygwin1.dll 1.5.9, and cygrunsrv 1.0.
The rsync 2.6.2 contains two minor patches: one adds a new
--checksum-seed=N option to support BackupPC's checksum caching
(this is now in rsync CVS, so it will become a standard feature),
and the other makes sure the client (BackupPC) gets all the
error messages (eg: file read errors, locked files etc).

Also, the WinXX permissions problem on restore has been
resolved by adding the environment variable setting
CYGWIN=nontsec to the cygrunsrv command-line.
