BackupPC 3.3.2 released

I'm pleased to announce that BackupPC 3.3.2 was released a few days ago on
Github <https://github.com/backuppc/backuppc/releases> and SF.net
<http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/>.  It's a minor release with a couple of
small changes.

The ChangeLog is below.
