You're not lying, per se, but the screenshot does show the contrary -- 
that because you are using the include list, your excludes are 
irrelevant.  What it does not show, incidentally, is how those are 
configured or if they are being used -- the relevant portions of the 
config.pl would be better for diagnosis.

The short verson:  because you're [still] trying to read \System Volume 
Information\ via SMB.  The next step is to work on that.
