BackupPC - Czech localization

Hello, I found application BackupPC very useful and functional. Because of it's used by common users, it would be great to localize it to language of users. I'm very interested in translation of application to Czech language, to make it more accesible for more Czech people. Is there possibility to contribute to project and include the Czech localization file in application?
