UI clarification, distinguish between per host 'Edit config' and global 'Edit config'

Hi

I would like to suggest a small clarification to the web gui.

When you have selected a host there are two menu entries with the
identical wording 'Edit Config', one concerning the individual host, the
other concerning the global config. To avoid confusion and
misconfiguration, I suggest that the wording for the latter is changed to
'Edit global config' or something similar.

Is there a better chance of getting this change incorporated into
upstream if I supply a complete patch?

Are there any documented procedures for supplying patches other than
posting to this list?

I notice that this list is very low-traffic. Are there any other forums
where BackupPC developers meet?

I have read the latest thread titled "Update on BackupPC Development
/ Is backuppc dead?" with great interest.
