For those of you still using rsync-bpc version 3.1.2.2, I've just
realeased 3.1.2.3 with the same fixes that I applied to the 3.1.3
branch earlier this week.

Github rather stupidly asserts that 3.1.2.3 is the 'Latest' release
which of course it really isn't - it's just the most recent release
on the 3.1.2 branch,  The real 'latest' is 3.1.3.2 (commit c2306f4).
Perhaps I'll be able to do something about that with a dummy commit.

Any feedback wold be most welcome.
