Uh, no. Here they report 1.32c.  I hope there is not some horrible
release error. I've checked the source file and the "exported"
file used to build the tar and they all have 1.32c.  I've 
also just downloaded and unpacked the tar file. I didn't build
it, but it looks fine to me.

Could you please recheck what is in your <bacula>/src/version.h.
The banner line gets its info from there.
