Additional 1.32d patches

Hello,

I have added two new patches to Source Forge for Bacula 1.32d bringing
the total patches to 8.

Patch 7 will cause Bacula to check, at the end of the job, if the
current Volume has expired . That is, it will apply any Retention
period, Max Jobs etc. Previously the expiration check was only applied
at the beginning of a job.

Patch 8 corrects a Director crash (on purpose) due to an attempt to free
the same BootStrap filename buffer twice.  This occurs in some
configurations the second time you do "status dir".

Neither of these two seems urgent unless you are having the specific
problem.
