Aaaah, yes, I might have done that.  Glad it's just user error and not a 
missed bug.

I did later in the day find myself looking at the execution plan for a 
restore query, and I hate to say this but, dear gods it's become awful. 
No wonder restore performance has become so slow.  Ten minutes or longer 
to build the file list for a restore, then the actual restore (263 
files, off an all-flash array) is done before I can switch to the Jobs 
Run tab in BAT.  I think that query probably needs to be completely 
refactored.  About half of the steps in the execution plan are 
completely un-indexed.  I'm willing to bet performance could be improved 
by multiple order of magnitude by breaking it up into pieces and using a 
temporary table or two.  By the time that query executes Bacula ALREADY 
KNOWS what the job IDs are, it's just a matter of identifying the files. 
  It surely cannot **NEED** to be that slow.
