Error trying to create a new Issue in gitlab.bacula.org

Hi,

When I click on the "New issue" button on this page:

https://gitlab.bacula.org/groups/bacula-community-edition/-/issues

I get a 404: Page not found error for the URL:

https://gitlab.bacula.org/bacula-community-edition/bacula-community/-/issues/new

Also, sometimes the "New issue" button is missing completely.
