Hello,

This minor release:
- - fixes a bug under windows,
- - adds support for non GNU getopt (configure script and dar source
~ code)
- - adds support for libgnugetopt (configure script)
- - adds documentation on how to use dar when compiled against non
gnugetopt.

Windows users are recommended to upgrade
FreeBSD and Solaris users can upgrade to have dar using libgnugetopt
But for Linux users, there is no need to upgrade (no change, no fix).

Cheers,
Denis Corbin.
