Pre-release phase for version 2.2.0 has started.

Here follows the list of new features and changes for version 2.2.0:
new features
- - ability to have size prefix (k, M, G, etc.) multiple of 1024 or 1000
(-aSI and -abinary options)
- - Silent the initial warning when dar is not launched from tty (-Q option)
- - On fly catalogue isolation (-G option)
- - toggle option to preserve either atime or ctime of file read (-aa and
- -ac options)
- - stay on the same filesystem (-M option)
- - -I -X -P and -g options can now have relative action depending on
their relative position (-am option)
- - case sensitive/insensitive filters (-case / -an options)
- - dar_manager can recursively restore a directory
- - summary at end of configure script
- - new behavior when virtual memory is exhausted (-j option)
- - native language support
- - can remove all slices of a an archive before overwriting it
- - libbz2 is now optional
- - zlib is now optional
- - added strong encryption support (-K, -J options) blowfish cipher for now
- - changed archive format for encryption/scrambling, ascendant
compatibility assured (not backward when scrambling/strong encryption is
used)
- - password can be read interactively (when set empty on command-line)

features only visible from libdar's API
- - multi-thread support for libdar
- - new generic user_interaction class from which you can inherit your own
class
- - new argument (context) in callback implementation of user_interaction
- - move operations as methods/constructors of the archive class
- - added thread cancellation feature
- - html reference documentation for the API
- - html tutorial for the API

modifications
- - the [list of paths] is deprecated (will have another meaning in
version 2.3.0), the -g option is the new syntax to use

improvements
- - speed improvement when no compression is used
- - overall speed optimization
