major Release 2.3.0 is now available

Dar major release 2.3.0 is now available, it brings several new features:
- full support for MacOS X's  file forks
- archive merging/sub-setting
- Cache Directory Tagging detection
- save files more recent than a given date
- xml archive listing
- pkgconfig support
- file listing based on a list of file
- dar now checks file modification while they were read for backup
- terminate the archive upon signal reception or user interruption for 
it can be used for further differential backup or restoration
- dar_manager features are now available through libdar's API (it was 
outside libdar before)
- added the 'last_slice' context with -E/-F options (see %c macro)
- interactive mode for dar_manager
- dar_manager can now receive on command-line a list of options to pass 
to dar (it is added the options set in the dar_manager database)
- dar_manager can restore files at a given date
- added a progressive report feature for API multi-threaded program (GUI 
for example)
- dar can now pause very N slices (with N >= 1)
- added regex expression in filters (-ar/-ag options)
- snapshot feature (differential backup that reflects the current state 
of a filesystem)

You will also find several minor enhancements and all bug fixes from 
version 2.2.x.
