I've requested a permanent home page from the KDE people. To compile, you might have to run "make" twice, as I haven't worked out the proper build order yet. I wasn't able to get exception handling working for it yet. The program will abort if the user answers "no" to any of the user_interaction_pause() questions. The next API with c-type error handling will get around this, and people won't have to recompile QT and KDE without -fno-exceptions to use KDar. If you find KDar useful, great. If not (or you use another Desktop environment, etc.) then just take it as a proof-of-concept of GUI interaction with libdar. In particular, some rethinking of user_interaction_pause() might be worthwhile, either from libdar's end or KDar's end, so that "Yes" and "No" responses to the interaction are appropriate.
