Denis, I believe the error was "Maximum filesize exceeded" or something close to that. I have Suse 8.2, with the 2.4 kernel. What exactly is limiting the filesize? Is it the filesystem (ReiserFS) or something else? Is there an easy way to allow larger files? Thanks for your reply, I have download the pre-release and found a lot of documentation that I hadn't seen yet.
