hopefully the HDs are in a good condition. I think the problem is the

in this case the differential backup doesn't find the files where have 
got problems during full backup so they are put in the first incremental 
backup after the full backup so the problem is very little...

The problem I face up I fear depends from the LVM snaphost that has 
ended his space due from fs modification in the source of the snapshot...
