Well, I've found why my message was not received by the mailing-list:
I have been unsubscribed for some reason (seem my provider rejected a
lot of mails from sourceforge wrongly assuming it was spam ... so
sourceforge finaly dropped my email from the mailing-list.

Here is what I had wrote december, the 13th:

you could setup a regular expression matching the git objects
filenames (use -ar to activate regex instead of glob expressions used
by default).
for example: -ar -Z "[0-9a-f]{38}"

But much more simple, you could also increase the minimum size below
which no compression is tried, using -m option
for example: -m 10k

Yes, this is correct, -Z and -Y only apply to filename not to path. It
does not make sense to compress differently a file based on the path
it has been placed in to my point of view.

The decision to compress a file or not should be based on its content,
which can be guessed based on the filename (usually matching the
filename extension).

there is also small files that do not worth compressing where from the
- --min-compr option
