Denis, I must correct myself: it seems to me that *always* (and not only with this specific file) the delta-patched saved files never get listed with the -as option. Maybe this was an intended behaviour, but being changed file data I would expect to see these files when the -as option is used (in the same way that non-delta-patched files are listed if updated).
