Re: Flat extract option

Hi Denis,

The use-case I had in mind was, to restore a folder on a different location then it had been when making the backup.
(Maybe you have reworked your folder structure)
This option would give you more flexibility then restoring everything at the location it had been before.
I'm not quite sure how common this use-case is though.
As a workaround you can of course just move the folder after restore.
It would just be more convenient to restore it at the right place in the first way.

Do you see the intention of this option?
Maybe you can set this feature on the "when there is time" list ^^

...more precisely it restores files in the directory pointed to by the
-R option.

The questions is then why not having saved the data with -R pointing to
foo for the archive to not contain the /foo/ part in any path files?
