Thank you for your report and clear scenario to reproduce the bug. This 
let me easily find and fix the root cause of this issue. You can get 
this fix using the release candidate 3 for version 2.7.12 (aka 
2.7.12.RC3) on github or also here:

https://dar.edrusb.org/dar.linux.free.fr/Interim_releases/

Release 2.7.12 will take place in a few weeks (I hope before mid September)
