Hello,

First of all thank you for creating and supporting such a technological
marvel.

I am using dar with gpg support. It used to work just fine before.
Now I'm getting this message:
> Aborting program. The requested operation needs a feature that has
> been disabled at compilation time: Asymetric Strong encryption
> algorithms using GPGME

Fine, I tried to recompile (2.7.13):

checking for gpgme-config... no
checking for GPGME - version >= 1.2.0... no
configure: WARNING: Public key support (GPGME linking) requires version greater than 1.2.0
...
   Public key cipher support : NO

My package manager versions (distro is Arch):
$ pacman -Qi gpgme
Name            : gpgme
Version         : 1.23.1-1
$ pacman -Qi libgcrypt
Name            : libgcrypt
Version         : 1.10.2-1
$ pacman -Qi dar
Name            : dar
Version         : 2.7.13-1

One thing that comes to mind is that configure is using (pseudocode
warning) version[2] > 2 as comparison, but that would mean the issue
would exist for a long time.

I'm hoping you can help me with getting dar up and running again.

Best regards,
Marcin Wieczorek
