Just to let you know:

with libgpgme 1.23.1, the provided routine for autoconf to check minimum 
version and existence of the libgpgme that has been installed on a 
system, is able to rely on both gpgme-confg and gpgrt-config, whichever 
the system has. I will thus publish in a few days an updated package of 
dar/libdar release 2.7.13
