copied

to /usr/local/bin/dar_static
backup (bzip9, archive location on NFS mount) ran fine. these "Failed
resaving uncompressed the inode data" errors are also gone.

here I ran into an issue on openSUSE's website software.opensuse.org,
while those packages exist in official repositories (e.g.
https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/16.0/repo/oss/x86_64/dar-2.7.15-bp160.1.3.x86_64.rpm
), they aren't listed on https://software.opensuse.org/package/dar
so I will need to download the src.rpm and examine the contained
patches directly. Will do that tomorrow.

Thank you
Paul
