OK, snapcraft.io finally got its act together and we now have snaps for
3.0.2.1.  Sorry for the delay.

All other packages are still at 3.0.2.  The problem was in snapcraft
itself.  Seems Launchpad was playing with the remote build today (long
story).  I had to bump the version for snaps to get them accepted.
