Re: Duplicity 3.04 Released

XPASS means it was expected to fail on some arches, and does on ppc64el,
maybe others.  Have not been able to trace it.

You should just install the requirements.* stuff with pip.  That's what we
recommend since most distros have older versions.

BTW, black must be version 24.8 or it may fail.  We have not moved to 25.x
yet.
