I was surprised and delighted that you responded so quickly, and after your
explanation, I was able to fix everything by simply ensuring that the
target directory was empty before executing the restore command.

I'll spare you the details about how long and hard I worked on the problem
prior to contacting you.

I just want you to know how very much I appreciate the great help you
provided me.
