hdup with lzop support

Hi there,

Lzop is indeed _fast_, it feels faster then gzip/bzip. And when something
feels faster you taking about a considerable speed increase (10-20 % at least).

Anyhow, attached is a pre-release of hdup with lzop support. To use
specify "compression = lzop" in hdup.conf. I'm toying with the idea
to also add a "compression level = [0..9]" option to the config. This
way you would have even more control about the speed/compression.

The only tests i've run (just finished coding it 5 mins ago :-), is 
'hdup monthly elektron' and 'hdup restore elektron 2003-12-19 /tmp/c'.
This worked. This would mean that all the remote stuff should also
work ok, but I haven't checked that yet.
