hdup 1.6.28

Hello,

I *thought* hdup was perfect, but appearently not :-) So a new
version with lots of stuff fixed and improved. 

Note worthy is bug #6: if your include statement turns up zero files
an empty archive is created. Currently hdup will backup the working
dir when this happens.
