[email protected], about pattern problem with hdup and tar

hi,

i have trouble using pattern in hdup.conf like this:
dir = /home/*/Maildir (simple way for backup only users mail)

getting error:
/usr/bin/tar: /home/*/Maildir: Warning: Cannot stat: No such file or directory

but i am using this pattern direct with tar without any trouble like this:
/usr/bin/tar -cf /backup/mail.tar /home/*/Maildir

ghutar 1.14.
