incremental backups not working

Hi,

I installed hdup on clarkconnect home edition 2.2 to backup the all 
the shared files on this machine. I put 1.6 Gb of files in the shared 
directory and made a monthly backup, followed by a weekly and 
then a daily.
Then I added a cron job, with the daily-backups starting a 05:00. 
But every day the full /share directory is being backed-up. 
(example of the last 2 days)

I do not use the "include ="

Any ideas?
