incremental backups working

Hi Miek,

thanks for your reply. The strange thing is, that after 2 days the 
incremental backups started working, and everything looks fine. I 
still have no clue what was "wrong" the first 2 days. I couldn't find 
anything.

the /share is shared through samba it is on a ext3 filesystem
backups are made on a external usb drive (also ext3) wich is 
mounted before the backup is made and unmounted when the 
backup is finished.
The /share is not really active at the moment, as the machine is 
being tested right now before we might migrate to it.
