remote restoring of encrypted archives

Hello,

Well, finally the remote restoring should work again for encrypted
archives. I've tested it with mcrypt and gpg. Note however that you
cannot use a passphrase on your secret key for gpg to work (I cannot
interactively ask for a passphrase when restoring).

I'm releasing a hdup 1.6.36-rc1. This release also adds a new keyword,
thanks to Robert Haskins; "tar option", whereby you can pass options to
the 'tar' being executed.

Please check this release out, and tell me if something is still not
working.

All config file stuff and other tweaks are queued for 1.6.37... So
back to doom3 now :-) (for about 5 minutes or so, it's just to
scary..)
