pre-release 1.6.37

Hello,

There were a few things that were not good about 1.6.36, therefor I'm
releasing 1.6.37 rather quickly. I have no time today to do a full
release, but you can find the tar's at:

  - small fixes -
  * Removed debug statement
  * Catch midline comments (Thanks to Daniel Webert for reporting)
    - also remove extranus spaces better
  * Fix local backup with GPG
  * Added missing 'break' statement in hdupconf.c 

If nothing else pops up before monday morning these tar's will be 
identical to the official 1.6.37 release.
