Hmmm, I'm getting rusty in release management :P

Anyhow, I'm releasing version 2.0.12 of hdup which 
fixes a mistake (missing examples/ directory) and 
a bug, whereby a remote backup that was successfull
was seen as a failure (which can be annoying :) ).

The full changelog:
  - very minor bug fix release -
  [bugs]
  * Don't display the -P warning when receiving a remote archive -
    as it is useless then.
  * Don't say a remote archive failed to be written when in fact
    it did succeed.
  [build]
  * cleanup the svn directory
  * re-add the examples/ dir, this was somehow lost during my
    harddisk crash
