Walking onto different filesystem

Hello!

I am using HDUP 2.0.14. I get the following message:

hdup: WARNING: Walking onto different filesystem!

Does anyone know what it means? Should I bother about it? Is  the backup ok?
I also get the following message at the end:

Hdup version.:  2.0.14

I have "one filesystem = on" in hdup.conf .
