Hi.

Let me first of all congratulate you with hdup, it seems like exactly what
I need.

I've got a MAC OS X that I'd like to back up, using my Linux machine as the
server (the place holding the archive).

Furthermore, I'd like to be able to manage just one config file,
that is the same config file for the mac as for the linux machine - which I
of course need to copy over from time to time.

The problem is this:
On the mac "tar" is located one place, on linux it is located in a different
place.

When I run hdup like this:
hdup monthly mac @[email protected]

then the tar option is correctly read from the mac group on the machintosh,
but on the linux it seems like it also is using the tar specified in the
mac group.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
