hdup 1.6.22

Hello,

I've deceided to release a new version rather quickly after 1.6.21,
because of the bug fixed in it. If you where not bitten by it, you
can safely run .21 or even .20

Notes for 1.6.22
   - Bugfix release -
   * When hdup is receiving an archive it should not check for
     tar, find and ssh. This is now fixed (Jesper K. Pedersen)
   * As of this release a buglist is kept on
     www.miek.nl/projects/hdup16/bugfixes.html. The above bug is
     number 1.
