hdup on mac osx

Hi,

I've been using hdup on my debian system, and I really appreciate the 
encryption option.  Most of my colleagues are using mac computers with 
osx, and I was wondering if you knew of any way to run hdup on them with 
encryption.  I do not believe mcrypt is ported to the mac yet, but 
perhaps some other encryption program, such as gpg, would work.  Anyway, 
I'd appreciate any info you might have about this.  Thanks,
