That file, `/web/rdiff-backup/rdiff-backup/,index.html,` is remote,
right? In other words, there's no
`/web/rdiff-backup/rdiff-backup/,index.html,` anywhere on your local
disk right?

(Excuse me for maybe asking the obvious, but it's not clear from the above)
