Call for vote [ENH] don't return a warning when the re are no increments to remove · Issue #1071 · rdiff- backup/rdiff-backup

I'd like to get a broader opinion on how the community stands to:

Please add a thumb up or down depending if you think or not that the 
current behavior should change; comments are also welcome.

Thumb down: the current behavior when you call `rdiff-backup remove 
increment ...` is that a warning is returned (return code 2).

Thumb up: change the behavior to return zero as nothing "bad" has happened.

As only people who want a change tend to address such issues, I want to 
give people who don't want things to change also a fair chance.
